Our founding story and purpose
Founded by Cleveland Dingle, Cleveland Dingle LLC™ was created from a calling to serve others through opportunity, leadership, mentorship, and community-focused solutions. Born and raised in the South Bronx, New York City, Cleveland’s life journey has been shaped by hardship, faith, resilience, and personal transformation.
Rooted in Christianity, Cleveland has overcome gang involvement, drug addiction, and multiple business failures before becoming a minister, business owner, father, and advocate for positive change. He believes the company was created not for selfish gain, but to help create jobs, open doors, support businesses, strengthen communities, assist municipalities, and be a blessing to people from all walks of life regardless of race, background, or religion.
Through consulting, development, mentorship and collaborative partnerships, Cleveland Dingle LLC™ is committed to helping build stronger communities, greater opportunities, and a brighter future for men, women, and children alike.
